Saryrn & Terris-Thule
Two of the most feared targets of Planes of Power ruled demi-planes built to hurt you, one while awake and one while asleep.

Saryrn
Saryrn was born a woman of striking beauty. Now she rules the Demi-Plane of Pain, a hot, damp place with no flat ground, only close-set spikes of smooth obsidian. She spends personal time with those cursed to live there, seizing them at random and tormenting them for as long as she likes, from a few moments to months. Everyone there lives knowing she may choose them next.

Terris-Thule
Terris-Thule, the Dream Scorcher, rules the Demi-Plane of Nightmares and delights in tormenting the innocent as they sleep. She is over six feet tall and skeletally thin, with grey-tinged skin, long black nails, a smooth face with only two empty black eye sockets, and two massive brass horns. She is Cazic-Thule’s daughter.
In “From Pond to Paladin,” her father sent her into the dreams of the captive Mithaniel Marr, first to deceive him and steal the gift of life from his body, then to fill his sleep with horrors.

Thelin
Her lore includes the sad story of Thelin, a young man who studied the workings of fear that Zebuxoruk had translated for mortals. He felt Cazic-Thule invade his mind; the god stripped him of everything and cursed him to beg in the streets of East Freeport, ignored by every traveller, until years later a dwarf woman, there to trade her family’s armor and weapons, saw him and took pity on him.
